Pastor Steven Hardy: Bringing New Life to Dyer County and Beyond
Steven Hardy, is a ministry leader with many years of dedicated service as a pastor and church planter. Steven and his wife Kacee are deeply rooted in the Dyer County Community, and their personal experiences with broken homes fuel their passion for family restoration and their mission to help others discover new life in Christ. Together with their two beautiful daughters, Alexandria and Eleanor, the Hardys are committed to making a positive impact.
Responding to a clear call from God, Steven and Kacee founded New Life Church in Dyersburg, TN, in 2023. Guided by faith, prayer, and a season of fasting, God confirmed New Life and its future to them. Eagerly embracing the Great Commandment and Great Commission, they are dedicated to serving Dyer County and surrounding communities through New Life Church.

Ashley Roark
Ashley serves as the Director of Discipleship and Outreach at New Life Church. Before stepping into full-time ministry, she enjoyed a career as a music teacher. She now brings that same passion for education into her ministry, helping people take their next steps in discovering New Life in Christ.
Outside of church, Ashley enjoys reading, studying, being outside, and watching documentaries. She has a heart for continual growth and loves inviting others along on the journey. More than anything, Ashley is passionate about walking with people in their faith and witnessing lives transformed by Jesus.

Holly McCall
Holly serves as the Assistant to the Lead Pastor and Communications Director at New Life Church. She supports pastoral leadership and helps advance the church’s vision and mission through organization, creativity, and effective communication.
Holly and her family are deeply involved in the life of New Life Church, faithfully serving and using their gifts to make a lasting impact for Christ. Holly and her husband, Marc, lead the Marriage Ministry at New Life Church and are passionate about strengthening marriages and walking alongside couples as they grow in unity, purpose, and faith. Anchored in her devotion to God, Holly is committed to walking alongside individuals and couples as they discover purpose, hope, and joy in Christ.
